Technique Enhancement and Conditioning Programs

If you have a specific goal in mind that you are working towards, or an injury that you are looking to overcome and prevent in the future - we offer specific conditioning programs that are designed around YOU and JUST FOR YOU.

We create custom programs for both dancers and Regular Joe’s based on their goals and needs. Our patients have requested programs based on:

  • Our favourite: “I just want to be able to put my socks on without pain!

  • “Strengthen my CORE”

  • Recover from an ACL reconstruction/ joint replacement 

  • “I need a home program for my chronic condition” (chronic back pain, arthritis etc.)
