Beginner/ Intermediate Clinical Pilates Course
Our Full INDEPTH Beginner/Intermediate Course is designed with the clinician in mind. You will not only learn the repertoire but how to APPLY it in a clinical setting. We teach clinicians our unique “Clinical Pilates Assessment” you can integrate into your regular practice, break things down into SKILLS (not body parts) and how you can build graded core exercise programs for patients of any functional level. It has completely transformed our practice- allowing us to utilize pilates as both a rehab and a PREhab tool. It is the ultimate AAROM modality and has been a game changer in how we assess and re-train movement- specifically DYNAMIC stability. If you are craving that “missing piece” in your practice- how to progress core stability, how to make movement accessible to your clients, or need an exercise refresh- THIS. IS. FOR. YOU.
