Our INDEPTH Advanced I Course is for the clinician craving MORE- not just for their patients but for themselves and their own self practice. You will learn progressions that require extreme proficiency at teaching and demonstrating Clinical Pilates at an Intermediate Level. You will learn how to design specialized programs (“clinical recipes”) for clients based on a specific movement theme. We aim to deepen your understanding of the Clinical Pilates repertoire and it’s application to a high level mover or complex client. This course is not for everyone. But if you are ready to add a little bit of SPICE and LEVEL UP your Clinical Pilates practice, THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU.
Course Objectives
- To start to introduce Advanced Repertoire on Classical Equipment 
- To gain some “clinical recipes”/ movement programs for specific patient populations and movement discrepancies 
- To further skills of developing challenging & patient specific programs based on their goals/ areas of weakness/ overall presentation. 
- To further understand the “clinical building blocks” from the Beginner/ Intermediate work to be able to advance a client/ self to a more Advanced level of practice 
- To further one’s own strength to be able to perform the Advanced repertoire with expertise & proficiency. 
Course PRE-REQUISITES
- VALID Beginner/ Intermediate ICP Course Certificate (*no older than at least 3yrs from Certification Date) 
- Grade of at least 85% or higher on Final Beginner/ Intermediate ICP Exam otherwise subject to complete a Competency Quiz in order to register for Advanced 
- Approval by Course Directors to Enroll 
- Non-Refundable deposit of 50% Tuition to confirm enrollment 
- DUE DATE FOR ENROLLMENT: November 14th, 2025 
- Hourly Requirements PRIOR TO THE COURSE START DATE: 
o Self Practice (30hrs)- at least 20hrs WITH EQUIPMENT
o Teaching/ Clinical Hours (30hrs)
Course Details
Hourly/ Certification Requirements:
- REQUIRED PRIOR TO Course Start Date: 30hrs Self Practice, 30hrs Teaching 
- Required AFTER the Course Start Date: - 30hrs Self Practice, 30hrs Teaching 
- (2) Mentored Teaches 
- (6) Master Classes (*see below for details) 
 
- FINAL EXAM: 1.25hr Practical/ Skills Exam that will include: - Design a specific Clinical Pilates Program based on a specific movement theme (assigned at random) 
- Demonstrate & Teach Intermediate- Advanced Repertoire (1hr) 
- Written Station (15min) 
- Must achieve at least 90% for a PASS ($250 charge for re-do exam)

Master Classes
What are they?
- Master Classes/ Workshops will be taught by an Advanced Clinical Pilates Instructor 
- They will range between 1.5-2hrs long and will be run as either a fast-paced Intermediate/Advanced Flow class and/or in a Workshop format. 
- These classes are designed to give you an opportunity to improve your strength, train at a higher level, and start to better understand and utilize the Pilates Repertoire you have learned to date. This is to better prepare you for being able to perform and understand the Advanced Repertoire. 
- They will be offered throughout the year IN person, pre-recorded or via Instagram Live. 
- In Person Workshops are $50pp (incl. GST) (pre-recorded or Instagram Live Classes are free) 
- Minimum of (6) Master Classes are required. (3) of them must be IN Person. 
- Out of Province Participants: *In person classes can be attended VIA Zoom.
